This notice covers information submitted through aloom.au. Aloom is currently a project brand operated by Knox Hart from Brisbane, Australia. A written commercial proposal will identify the contracting legal entity before any paid engagement begins.
Public web-intake data boundary
The current public form has three separate current record or use branches:
- Path A — current abuse control. The request source address and contact address are used to enforce submission rate limits. The source address is not written into the enquiry record.
- Path B — current public notice. Submitted enquiry fields are recorded in an internal web-intake record to assess, respond to and, if agreed, scope the enquiry. Access is limited to the operator and people required to assess that project.
- The internal web-intake record becomes eligible for automatic deletion after 365 days. This is not a guaranteed deletion date.
- Only if an engagement proceeds, necessary information may be recorded separately under contract or project-specific terms. The original intake remains eligible for automatic deletion under this policy. No engagement is implied.
- Path C — current access log. The current web-server access log includes a source-address field. Its current rotation configuration is daily with 14 retained rotations. This is not a guaranteed deletion time.
Do not send classified, export-controlled, regulated health, customer-confidential, credential, vulnerability, detailed network-security or other sensitive material unless and until a separate handling channel and applicable terms have been agreed in writing.

This is not a customer-production data flow and makes no certification, residency, encryption, guaranteed-deletion or engagement claim.
What the site collects
- Commercial enquiries. Name, work email, organisation, role, project intent, site status, target scale, timeline, high-level workload or useful outcome and any optional notes you provide.
- Abuse controls and server logs. Source address and contact address are used to enforce submission rate limits. The source address is not written into the enquiry record. Current web-server access logs include a source-address field. The rotation configuration is daily with 14 retained rotations; this is not a guaranteed deletion time.
- No advertising profile. The site does not enrol enquiries in a marketing list or sell submitted information.
- Public telemetry. Moorooka’s published feed describes the Aloom system, not website visitors.
Purpose, access and retention
Source and contact addresses are used to enforce submission rate limits. Submitted enquiry fields are used to assess, respond to and, if agreed, scope an AI-capacity project, a power-or-land qualification or an MW50 campus discussion. Access to the public web-intake record is limited to the operator and people required to assess that project. Without the required fields, Aloom cannot qualify or respond to the enquiry.
The public web-intake record becomes eligible for automatic deletion after 365 days. If an engagement proceeds, necessary information may be recorded separately under the contract or project’s more specific terms; the original web-intake record remains eligible for automatic deletion under this policy.

Additional project-specific privacy terms may apply if an engagement proceeds. They do not reduce rights provided by applicable law.
