Aloom / Modular AI data centres / Brisbane, Australia
We develop
AI infrastructure.
Electricity in. Useful data out. Aloom develops and publishes concept-stage modular AI infrastructure for project-specific study.
For organisations that need AI capacity they control — government, regulated industry, research and energy — and don’t intend to become data-centre operators to get it.
A future project proposal would define customer inputs, third-party equipment, Aloom scope, fees, ownership and operating terms. Nothing on this page is a hardware quote, financing offer or delivery commitment.

C250, MW1 and MW50 are proposed facility-input concept and accounting boundaries—not installed or available capacity, physical topology or a delivery schedule. Aloom has not yet delivered a customer system; Stage-0 operation runs at Moorooka.

Evidence / Public boundaries
Evidence stays inside
its own domain.
Aloom public evidence boundaries
Status matrix comparing four separate public evidence domains: instrumented Stage-0 lab telemetry when the feed is current, published MW1 concept engineering, local Illumem software reconstruction in ideal mathematics with reproducibility open, and a complete-system target method with no current result. The rows are not roadmap stages, and evidence in one row does not validate another.
| Domain | Current public evidence | Status | Does not establish |
|---|---|---|---|
| Moorooka / Stage-0 host | Source accelerator telemetry when the public feed is current. | Instrumented; Stage-0 lab. | Facility efficiency, rack cooling, production resilience, representative MW1 silicon or an SLA. |
| MW1 / Rev B system basis | E-001 and M-001 concept drawings, continuity references and five open project-basis closure gates. | Published; concept only. | A built or measured customer MW1, construction issue, or a capacity, performance or availability result. |
| Illumem / compiler transfer | Selected Mamba-130M projections reconstructed with ideal simulated MZI factors. | Local software; reproducibility open. | A physical loop or chip, coherent-state lifetime, or measured efficiency, latency, TOPS/W or thermal result. |
| Complete-system method | Reconcile facility electricity with accepted workload output under an agreed boundary. | Target method; no current result. | A current LCUC, efficiency, capacity, availability, performance or SLA result. |
Discuss a study / Project-specific
Start with a scoped discussion.
Request a scoped study discussion. Any fee, duration, deliverables, assumptions, professional responsibility, IP or licence, reliance and permitted-use terms would be defined in a written study proposal.
- Workload + acceptance questions
- Site + grid screening inputs
- Electrical + cooling concept scope
- OEM configuration questions
- Commercial assumptions + exclusions
- Evidence + next-phase decision
No commitment arises until the applicable written proposal is accepted. Equipment, capacity, price, programme, delivery and operating terms require separate executed agreements.
